Stop criticizing Nana Addo - Odike tells NDC

According to Odike, the opposition must stop been lazy and contribute to the Nana Addo's government in building the country

The 2016 flagbearer of the United Progressive Party (UPP), Akwasi Addai popularly known as Odike, has chided the main opposition party, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to stop just criticizing government of President Akufo-Addo.

According to him, the opposition must stop been lazy and contribute to Nana Addo's government in building the country if they do really have the nation at heart as they claimed.

He said the government is on track to fulfill its campaign promises to effectively develop the country.

"The NDC should learn to give credit to the government when it is due," he said on Kumasi-based Nhyira FM.

Odike added that, "Nana Akufo-Addo has done well ever since he assumed the highest office of the land early this year, the NPP government has started rolling out several new programmes, which eventually help improve the lives of the people."

He said with the implementation of the free Senior High School policy, the plight of parents and guardians would lessen adding that it's the best policy since independence.

"With the introduction of the free SHS programme, monies that parents and guardians would have spent on their children’s education, can now be used for other projects. This policy will therefore bring money into your pockets," he said.

He asked Ghanaians to support the administration of Nana Addo and still have confidence in the government they have legitimately voted for and trust that with hard work and dexterity, Ghana will be a better place for all of us.
