He said "I was in the collation room of the party at the party headquarters together with Campaign National Coordinator, Kofi Adams, National Chairman and several others and you know, for the first time in my life for three days, I never had my bath. I was in one attire for three days, a day before the election, the day of the election and the day after the election I was in one attire. I never slept, no shower, no deodorant but well, I have a good skin so… I’m telling you of the reality we went through."

Samuel Ofosu Ampofo who doubles as the former Local Government Minister and currently the Director of Election of the NDC speaking on Accra-based Starr FM said his job was tough during the elections adding that there was no opportunity for him to cool his nerves.
