Three people have been reported dead and several injured after an Assemblies of God Church mini bus carrying passengers from Wa to Techiman spurt a tyre and crashed into a nearby bush at Maluwe near Tinga in the Bole District of the Northern Region.

The Tinga community youth secretary Dramani Alhassan told Accra-based Starr FM that all the passengers suffered varying degrees of injuries with the three losing their lives instantly.

The victims were conveyed to the Tinga health center before being referred to the Bole Government Hospital where they are being treated.

Police have since launched investigations into the crash.
