Executive Secretary of NACOB Akrasi Sarpong

The Narcotic Control Board has cautioned the public to be wary of criminals who are duping people on a promise of providing them with jobs at the Board.

A statement signed by the Executive Secretary of NACOB Akrasi Sarpong said the Board is not recruiting any new staff.

"Before NACOB embarks on any recruitment exercise there will be at least two newspaper advertisements by NACOB," the statement said.

Mr Sarpong said it has come to the notice of the Bard that some "unscrupulous people with criminal intent" are going around promising to offer people jobs at the Board.
