An Accra Magistrate court has remanded the British National Arthur Simpson-Kent who is alleged to have murdered his wife and children in Police custody.

According to the prosecutor Rebecca Agyare, the UK Interpol tipped off their Ghanaian counterparts that Arthur Simpson-Kent had arrived in Ghana after fleeing from the UK as a result of an allege murder of his girlfriend Sian Blake and two children and burying the bodies of the victims in a shallow grave in the garden behind their apartment at Erith in London.
He was arrested at Busua near Takoradi on the 9th of January, 2016.
On his part lawyer for the accused Justice Sai raised issues about the behavior of the AG and the state security apparatus whom he said prevented him from seeing his client since his arrest till today.
The case has been adjourned to the case to 26th of January 2016.
