The death of Ebony Reigns came as a shock to many Ghanaians both home and abroad who have lost one of the most talented young musicians Ghana has seen recently.

Oh his official Facebook page, Bawumia said "My deepest condolences to the family of the songstress Priscilla Opoku-kwarteng known in the entertainment industry as Ebony Reigns and the families of the other two who lost their lives in the gory accident at Mankraso, last night. May their souls rest in peace."

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and former President John Mahama also added their voice to the numerous condolences that have poured in to mourn Ebony.
