A 21-year old galamsey operator at Asankragua in the Western region has allegedly beheaded his pregnant girlfriend.
According to Accra-based Citi FM, Kwabena Felix killed his girlfriend after he suspected that he may not be the man who impregnated his girlfriend.

The deceased, Nafisa Abena is 4-months pregnant.

Kwabena Felix attempted to kill himself by slashing his throat. However, he only lost consciousness.

He was rushed to the Asankragua Catholic Hospital where doctors are trying to resuscitate him.
The Asankragua District Police command has started investigations into the matter.
