It has emerged that a young man in his early thirties suspected to be gay was brutally assaulted over the weekend at Alabah, a suburb of Kumasi after he allegedly attempted to have sex with a male co-worker.

According to Adom online, the victim works as a kitchen staff at a company currently working on the Kejetia Redevelopment Project.
It has been alleged that the man had invited his colleague to his house and tried to have sex with him upon his arrival. The said co-worker then alerted his friends and they beat him mercilessly.
