Controversial radio presenter and musician, Blakk Rasta has told the Privileges Committee of Parliament that he is more passionate about the legalization of marijuana.

The host of Hitz FM’s show who was summoned before the committee for comments he made which suggested that 80% of Ghanaian parliamentarians smoke “wee” explained that his comments for the legalization of marijuana was “for the balancing of the economy”.

“I am very passionate about legalizing marijuana in the country… My statement on the legalization of marijuana was a passionate appeal for the balancing of our economy,” he told the committee.

Meanwhile, the hit-maker has apologised to the legislative body for his “wee” allegation.
