Justice Habib Logoh, one of the indicted High Court Judges in the 2015 judicial corruption scandal, has sued investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas for fraud.

Some 22 lower court judges and 12 High Court judges were captured in Anas’ two-year investigative piece, allegedly taking bribes to influence justice.

Some High court Judges, including Justice Logoh, were subsequently sacked for their involvement in the scandal.

Justice Logoh has since filed a suit, questioning the legality of the investigation conducted by Tiger Eye PI.
