The Attorney General has been given two ultimatum to justify why the court of appeal should overturn a judgment which saw businessman Alfred Woyome cleared of fraudulently securing 51 million cedis from the state.
The AG earlier this year filed an an appeal against the ruling of a which High Court acquitted and discharged Alfred Woyome for the offences of defrauding the state of GH¢51 million by false pretence and causing financial loss to the State.
According the AG "the judge erred in law when he stated that the prosecution had woefully failed to establish a case against the accused when he had established a prima facie case against him."

The case has been adjourned to January 12, 2016.
