Hon.Osei Assibey Antwi was born some 52years ago at Kuwawu Wonoo.
He holds MBA in Marketing.
He is a certified Member of the Institute of Commercial Management.
Mr Assibey was the Former Deputy Regional Minister from 2006 t0 2009 January.
He was the Assistant Inspector of Taxes responsible for Financial and Administrative at Ghana Revenue Authority the then IRS.
He has richly endowed with Governance and Leadership Trustworthy and Reliable ethically team player.
He has an In-depth appreciation of work relating to Local Government Administration.
Over 20 years working experience in a senior management position within the public and private sector.

As a member of the NPP, he has been the V-16 National Director of operations in 2016 till today.
He was the V-16 Zonal Coordinator for Ashanti and BA regions Director of operations for Ashanti regional campaign team in election 2016.
Mr Assibey was the Ashanti regional 1st vice chairman NPP 2004-2008.
He was also the Ashanti regional 1st Vice chairman NPP 2000 to 2004.
