Gone too soon Former majority leader, Cletus Avoka's son passes on

Cletus Avoka's son has died during a military training.

Maxwell Avoka, a 23-year-old son of the former Majority Leader in Parliament Cletus Avoka has passed on through  an initial rigorous military training popularly referred to as “donning”.

A family member who confirmed his death said Maxwell was bleeding from the nose when he was identified at the hospital.

He was reportedly dropped off at the Ghana Military Academy at Teshie on Thursday morning and died in the afternoon.

His father, Cletus Avoka is currently in Malaysia on an official assignment and is expected to return to Ghana.
