Tech watchers say the latest revelation from the hack, is that from the data leaked online, almost all members of the site, are men.

According to reports coming in from Yahoo, 3.9 million FriendFinder users’ details have been splashed all over internet forums.

Adult FriendFinder is a large global dating site, with over 63 million users. The recent hack, tech experts say, has opened the door to spamming.

This is contrary to the site’s claim that it is a site where everybody can meet a mate.

Yahoo says the details leaked include: Sexual preferences, Email addresses, Sexual orientation, Dates of birth, Addresses, Usernames, Whether users are "seeking extramarital affairs.

An official statement from FriendFinder says it "understands and fully appreciates the seriousness of the issue. We have already begun working closely with law enforcement and have launched a comprehensive investigation with the help of leading third-party forensics expert."
