Stop doing Nana Addo's dirty work; Sarkodie, Yvonne Nelson warned

A member of the ruling NDC has chastised Yvonne Nelson and Sarkodie for doing Nana Addo's dirty political work.

A member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Stephen Atubiga lambasted actress Yvonne Nelson, Sarkodie and Lydia Forson for doing a dirty work for the leader of opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

He has however, threatened to boycott their (Sarkodie and Yvonne Nelson) music and movies if they try championing Nana Addo's dirty work.

Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson, together with rapper Sarkodie and some other celebrities are expected to hit the streets to register their frustrations with the current power cuts in the country.

Read below his Facebook post:

"What is wrong with some of our young musicians and actors in this country? How can sakodeyee and co want to lead npp dirty work. Their celebrant or celebrity is the pride of we Ghanians not for any political party. we will boycott their music and movies if they try championing nana addo dirty work. the dumsor is a national issue not political. I have listened to some of sakodeye music about the dumsor , which I respect his creativity. But for him trying to undermine our president effort in ending the dumsor for Nana Addo, he should bring it onn. any ndc voter or supporters will not patronize their products and we will come together to burn any of their music and movies we have bought in protest of their undermining of jm. I love sakodeye , I love his music with my family, what he is trying to do, I hope he rethink because I will lead the unrest against them if they undermine JM for Npp. Well, they should bring it onn."
