Dotsei Malor, Atuguba Leaves Government

Ben Dotsei Malor has left the Presidency after a one-year contract as Communications Adviser to the President.

The Presidency has confirmed the exit of Communications Adviser to the President, Ben Dotsei Malor and Secretary to the President, Dr. Raymond Atuguba from the Flagstaff House.

According to a statement signed by the Chief of Staff, Douglas Prosper Bani, Mr. Malor is returning to the United Nations, from where he had taken a one-year leave of absence as a result of a contract as Communications Adviser to the President.

Meanwhile, Minister for Communications, Dr Omane Boamah, will act as Spokesperson for the President. The Flagstaff House Communications Bureau will be responsible for all other communications operations and functions of the Presidency, the statement said.

Mr. Roger Angsomwine will now serve as the President’s Secretary who takes over from Dr Raymond Atuguba.

These changes according to the statement “are part of changes which will be taking place at the Flagstaff House over the next few days.”
