The former Attorney General, has also insisted that Anas's private investigations company, Tiger Eye PI does not exist in the books of the Registrar General nor is it the same as the registered Tiger Eye PI Media Ltd as claimed by Anas' lawyer Kisis Agyebeng.

According to Mr. Amidu, "there is no entity existing under the Constitution and laws of Ghana known as Tiger Eye or Tiger Eye PI. It only exists in a webpage created by the alleged CEO as a dummy with which the international and Ghanaian public has been conned for financial gain all these years. Any letter signed in the name of Tiger Eye or Tiger Eye PI is a fraud on the public."

But, lawyer for Anas and the Tiger Eye PI, Kissi Agyabeng has said claims by Amidu is only an attempt to divert attention from the judicial case at hand.
