4 injured in Presidential convoy accident

The injured were treated by the medical team that accompanied the president, the Minister of Communications, Dr Edward Omane Boamah has said.

The accident occurred between Ekye Amanfrom and Agordake around 7pm when President John Dramani Mahama was on his way to Agordake in the Volta Region to commission a pontoon, Graphic Online has reported.

The accident vehicle, which was a Toyota Landcruiser allocated to the press corp was later towed away.
