Genesis of Ghanaian Hi-life popular group, D2 has denied speculations about the group splitting due to the latest solo single he released a few days ago.

Genesis of D2 fame has officially come out to clear speculations about the Afro Hip-life group splitting due to his latest solo single 'FanMilk’' featuring Joey B.

The singer clearly stated in an interview with Georgebritton.com that his new song is purely based on a business level, "my partner (Duke) at the moment has taken time off living in the US with his wife, which prevented us (me) from playing shows last year because basically they wanted to see both of us on stage. As such I have decided to embark on a solo project till my partner returns so we can work together as D2 again’’. 

Genesis further retorted "everything is fine in our camp, so fans can debunk any speculation inciting the sudden break-up of D2’’. His manager Joseph MarshallHis new song, which features the ‘Tonga’ man Joey B was produced by Robby beats. The ‘Fever’ co-hit maker is also premiering the official video release to his new banger directed by Kwasi Oduro under Golden Eye productions.
