A screen shot rotating on social media has revealed how much Ghanaian top stars were earning 9 years ago. Take a glance.

Ghana-based Nigerian singer, Eze Jonathan has posted an event budget prepared for Ghanaian and international stars in 2016 on his Facebook page. The event brought both the local and global artistes rock stages in Accra and beyond. The international artistes included 2Face Idibia, P-Square, Crag David, etc. The other Ghanaian top musicians included Shatta Wale, Samini, Tic Tac, Kwabena Kwabena and others.

The budget clearly showed who was ahead of who in terms of event charges 9 years ago.

The budget shows that, Dancehall sensation, Shatta Wale who is one of the highest paid artistes in the country received lowest pay while Ghana’s finest Hip-life artiste, Lord Kenya, Ofori Amponsah and Kwabena Kwabena receive the highest pay. Shatta Wale’s rival, Samini, was one of the highest paid stars by then.
