Ghanaian Afrobeat and Highlife music group Gallaxy  who was recently accused of stealing a song by  budding Gospel artiste Nana Ama has finally spoken.

In an interview with Gloria Akpene Nyarko 'MzGee' on Hitz FM over the weekend, the music group said until the accuser's manager called into their interview on Kasapa 102.3FM  on the 14th of October, they have no idea who the artiste was and the kind of music she does.

According to the duo, they have never heard of her  and there is no way they will use somebody's intellectual property without seeking permission.

They stated categorically the beat was produced by Takoradi based Sound engineer, Willis Beatz few month ago and was officially released by Harbour City Recordz on the 12th of October 2015 on the internet for free downloads.

On the other hand, Nana Ama's manager who said he wasn't convinced with Gallaxy's submission  added his team will deep further into the case to seek justice for Nana Ama.

Wrapping up on the issue, Gallaxy's publicist, Jonilar added that musicians these days want to fly on people's wing without necessarily doing what is right and expected of them.
