Ghanaian popular sound engineer, Dr Ray, who got a nomination at the maiden edition of Ghanaian Music Awards UK claims he "is already a winner" in his category.

Dr Ray was nominated in the “Music Producer of The Year” category for his work “Ye Wo Krom” – a track performed by Atom. He faces tight competition from Mobeatz, Bisa Kdei, Kaywa, Beatz Dakay, Kin Dee and Shatta Wale in his category.

In an exclusive interview with Pulse.com.gh, the sound engineer who has produced countless hits in the industry expressed his happiness for his nomination. “I feel happy for this nomination and proud my works are being recognised now,” he told Pulse.com.gh
