A$AP Mob boss dead at 26

One of the top taste makers in Hip Hop responsible for the success of rapper A$AP Rocky has passed away.

A$AP Yams (Steven Rodriguez), founder of the A$AP Mob collective has died at the age of 26. His label has released a statement confirming his death, although his cause of death has not been revealed.

A$AP Yams is the co-owner of A$AP Worldwide, the record label responsible for the popularity of Harlem, New York rapper A$AP Rocky. Several rappers have released several statements in honour of the Hip Hop figure regarded as one of the best taste makers in the music business.

A$AP Yams has had a long battle with drug addiction most notably codeine and Xanax.
