Disney and Marvel’s film, 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' is still topping the domestic box office for its second weekend.
Superheroes are still dominating the box office
Marvel's superhero movie 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' is still taking the lead as it becomes the second-biggest sequel weekend of all time in North America, following the first 'Avengers.

Bringing in an additional $77 million for a total of $312 million for North America, the film went on ahead of Reese Witherspoon and Sofia Vergara comedy, 'Hot Pursuit', which grossed $13 million in the domestic market, according to box office tracker Rentrak.
According to Variety, the film grossed another $68 million overseas for an international total of $562 million.
Despite its high success, Age of Ultron is yet to beat the 2012 records set by it's prequel 'The Avengers', which grossed $103 million during its second weekend.
