By now, we know that CrossFit athletes are some of the toughest, most dedicated competitors in the fitness world.

They’re always trying increasingly tricky workouts to push their physical limits and test their mental mettle, and the badass results are often Instagram-worthy. So we weren’t surprised when Chase Duke of Paris Reebook CrossFit Louvre posted a video of him deadlifting two other female athletes, but we were sure as hell impressed.

The video only gets crazier as it goes on. Duke’s fellow athlete, Jessica Vetter, follows the deadlift by completing a single-leg squat with a toe touch on top of Duke, who is just casually holding a plank while she balances on top of him. No big deal. Then, Jessica San performs her own squat while balancing on top of Duke’s feet—a match made in swolemate heaven.

As a finisher, Duke attempts a bench press lifting the two-tiered Jessicas. The move could understandably use some work, but we’ll give him a pass this time. The video is proof that the only thing cooler than one CrossFit athlete dominating his insane routine is three CrossFit athletes dominating their insane routines together. Take inspiration from their awesome sweat session by trying a tough partner workout of your own.
