Breakfast is the first meal of a day, eaten early in the morning before the day’s work begins. Health professionals have said it to be the most important meal of the day.
Apart from giving you the energy you need to get things done it also helps you focus at work or school and thus makes you more productive.
You could properly munch on some biscuits if you’re pressed for time, but make sure not to miss it!

4. Start up your day with a plan
Obviously, before you set out from your home, you need to know what the day holds for you. Your table top book and pen should be closer so you plan your day accordingly. This gives you a game plan and purpose for your day. It also helps you stay focused and productive, ensuring that you get more done.

You have been sleeping for hours without water and that makes the stomach yearn for water without your knowledge. Make sure you drink a large glass of it to re-hydrate yourself and this will help you feel more awakened and fresh. You can spice it up by warming it up a bit and adding lemon juice to it to boost your immune system.
6. Do something that makes you happy
Treat yourself to something that would excite you, something you don’t get to do most often. Maybe you want to go get coffee from your favorite coffee shop, maybe you want to write in your journal, maybe you want to do a workout. Just do it and do something that you enjoy.
