Peel plantain and chop into cubes.
Blend the plantain to form a paste.
Heat a small amount of water and fetch small aside.
Add the paste and stir continuously to avoid any lumps.
After 5-7 minutes, add the remaining water and cover to cook.
Stir after 2 minutes and transfer to a bowl.
Eat your hassle-free fufu with any soup of your choice.
