Method

Toast bread and slice tomato.

Spread both sides with mayonnaise

Lay chopped lettuce and tomato slices on one side of the bread.

Cover tomato slices with onions.

Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

Top with bacon if using, then use the other 2 slices of tomato-rubbed bread to make sandwiches.

Serve with coconut milk or tiger nut milk
