Method
Soak beans overnight.
Deskin the beans and blend until smooth.
Add pepper, onions and other ingredients of your choice and blend again.
Stir in chopped vegetables, salt to taste and mix well.
Heat enough oil in a wok over medium heat and scoop a small amount of the paste into the oil.
Remove the cake and add the next batch when it begins to turn golden brown.
