Sugar coated peanuts are a welcome snack at any event or gathering, it is often favoured for its sweet and crunchy taste.
Recommended articles
- Two cups of roasted peanuts
- One cup of granulated sugar
- Three cups of water
How to:
1. Pour the sugar, water and peanuts in a pot.
2. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon till the mixture is well incorporated.
3. Set the pot on medium heat and stir occasionally.
4. Reduce the heat when moisture begins to dry up.
5. Once the sugar mix begins to feel grainy on the spoon, mix well and quickly pour out on a tray to cool.
6. The nuts harden as they cool, firming up with the mix.
7. Store or serve as desired.
