The first time I ever had Jamaican Jerk chicken was at a summer food fair where there were a bunch of food vendors. I ended up at the Jamaican food stand and the Jamaican lady selling the food advised that I try the chicken; of course I never turn down chicken, so I did. Let’s just say I have been hooked ever since. It was so juicy, spicy and tender. So I started looking up different recipes on how to make it to my taste. - 6 chicken legs
- 1 lime
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons ground all spice
- 2 tablespoons jerk chicken spice
- 2 Knorr cubes
- 1 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 habanero peppers (for extra spice)
