How Fiifi Coleman gained nearly 135 pounds with a six pack

As he approached his late 30’s, Fiifi became less active as he focused more on the comforts of himself and his family, rather than the youthful activities with his friends. He saw pictures of some friends who had gained some muscles and felt inspired. He began to take good care of himself and work on his outlook more. Even when the scale tipped to 60 pounds, he saw no reason to justify the number, since everyone else around him identified him as such.

1.Comfort

He was much more comfortable and did less stressful activities than before. “It begins with treating yourself to good rest and relaxation. If your body feels better, so does your mind. This stands as the best foundation for body progress,” he said.

2.Diet

Fiifi had to change his entire diet. With the help of his fitness instructor he drafted a new and healthy diet plan. He took more of carbohydrates and vegetables. Fiifi stated “taking your carb intake seriously, it replenishes your muscle glycogen stores. Not doing so is cheating your muscles and limiting recovery”. Fruits and vegetables also plays an essential part in body building.

3. Work Out

“Pull ups are my favorite exercise of all time”, Fiifi mentioned. To him, it works all of the “pull” muscles in his body –back, biceps, forearms. It is referred to us a “cheat routine” because it works almost all of the body parts.
