32 killed in Yola blast, Red Cross confirms

The Kano State Police command has confirmed that 15 people were killed and 53 wounded in the twin bomb attack on Kano GSM market.

According to SaharaReporters, the attacks were carried out by two female suicide bombers. They were reportedly transported to the located of the blast by 4 men driving an SUV.

The first bomb was said to have exploded at the entrance of the market, while second went off inside the market.

The four men have not apprehended at the time of filing this report.

Similarly, the insurgents had on Tuesday, Nov. 17, bombed a motor park near a major market in Yola, Adamawa state, killing 32 and injuring 80.
