Ingredients

  • Alasa
  • Bitter lemon juice
  • Fresh coconut water
  • Ginger syrup
  • Optional, vodka for alcohol version

Method

  • Cut across the circumference of each friut
  • Twist in opposite direction to remove the fruit.
  • Using a tea spoon, scoop the fresh to a bowl.
  • Add some quantities of bitter lemon juice.
  • Add fresh coconut water.
  • Add ginger syrup and blend until perfectly smooth.
  • Pass through a strainer.
  • Serve chill
