How to prepare stir-fried beef with vegetables

Method
- Wash vegetables and blend
- Cut beef into stripes
- Marinade beef with blended vegetables, beef spice, magie cube, pinch of salt, and and set aside for 5 minutes or more.
- Dip the beef in flour until well coated.
- Heat a wok with olive oil.
- Fry beef until golden brown.
- Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain and set aside.
- Put in your vegetables, add white and black pepper, sesame seeds, and stir
- Add soy sauce, sugar and stir for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the beef stripes, stir and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve with rice or yam
