Ingredients

  • Cucumber
  • Celery
  • Kale or leaf cabbage
  • Apple
  • Lemon
  • Ginger
  • Water

Method

  • Wash cucumber, celery, apple and kale leaves with running water.
  • Cut cucumber, celery and apple into pieces.
  • Pour 1 cup of water into a blender jar, add celery, ginger, apple, cucumber and blend.
  • Add kale leaves and lemon.
  • Blend again.
  • Strain the fruit puree through a clean mesh.
  • Gently press with clean spatula to get maximum juice of the pulp and discard the remains.
  • Add ice cubes.
