Method
- Wash cucumber, celery, apple and kale leaves with running water.
- Cut cucumber, celery and apple into pieces.
- Pour 1 cup of water into a blender jar, add celery, ginger, apple, cucumber and blend.
- Add kale leaves and lemon.
- Blend again.
- Strain the fruit puree through a clean mesh.
- Gently press with clean spatula to get maximum juice of the pulp and discard the remains.
- Add ice cubes.
