Customers of embattled DKM Microfinace should expect to receive their deposits in July as the Bank of Ghana takes steps to liquidate the assets of the company.
So far, about 7000 customers have been processed for payments.

“When we sent out the information for creditors to send their information to us, we were collating the numbers and the quantity of how much DKM owed, what we will distribute will be determined by the outcome”, Chief State Attorney in charge of the region, Nana Ama Akyiaa Prempeh to Accra-based Citi Fm.
DKM squandered GHC77 million in the deposits of its customers in risky business ventures which are subsidiaries of the company.
