The pretty baby was reportedly wrapped and placed inside the carton of Indomie Noodle and abandoned and it was her cries that alerted passersby who informed the OPC members of the find.

When the police took the baby to the station, there were tears in the eyes of the female officers with many cursing the mother who would have the heart to abandon the tot.

A policewoman, Sergeant Pamela Nwabinwe, showing the instinct of motherhood, allegedly took the baby into her wings, strapping the infant on her back and going to a nearby market where she bought items like new clothes, pampers, flask, feeding bottles and baby food for the child.

While feeding her, a policewoman was heard saying:

“That’s how Pamela behaves with every baby rescued and brought to the station. She goes all out to mother the baby.

Pamela spends her money a lot on abandoned kids. She likes kids a lot. She’s a real mother.”
