Mr Adetor told journalists that one gentleman crossed him with his leg in his bid to take shot of the accused and he (Mr Adetor) fell on ground. As he stood up, Mr Adetor said the relations of the Dr Gabass descended him with some scarves and other materials to cover the face of the camera whiles the accused person was whisked away to the court cells.

Despite the hostile attitude displayed by the relations of Dr Gabass, Mr Adetor continued to take his shots. Some Police men who were at the court premises, however intervened. Mr Adetor suffered some bruises on two of his hands and part of his trousers got torn.
