Renowned Ghanaian fetish priest, Nana Kwaku Bonsam, has warned American boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. to postpone his much-publicised bout with Manny Pacquiao.

The two welterweight champions will face off in a bid to be crowned not only the WBC, WBA and WBO champion, but possibly the greatest boxer of their generation.

The 38-year-old Mayweather is unbeaten in 47 bouts, with 26 knockouts. He has 20 successful title defenses, six of which were for his welterweight belts. The 11-time world champ will face Manny Pacquiao on May 2 at the MGM Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Pacquiao, the 36-year-old southpaw who is 57-5 with 38 knockouts and has a genuine dislike of Mayweather, might present Mayweather's greatest challenge.

And in a video uploaded on youtube, the dreaded Akomadan-Afrancho based spiritualist has called on Mayweather to postpone his May 3rd because his gods does not favour the American boxer.

Bonsam said: "I got a dream and if I could speak to Mayweather I will tell him to postpone the fight. Mayweather is my friend and Manny Pacquiao too is my friend but if it can be possible I will warn him to postpone it.  I did the reading today and saw something which wasn’t good for Mayweather.

Mayweather's fight against Pacquiao is expected to be the richest in the history of boxing and they will walk away with about £200m between them.
