According to odditycentral.com, the young man then arranged with friends of her girlfriend only named as Lee, to bring her to the very location he had decorated with the phones.

The two love birds being big fans of mobile video games, Chen Ming could not have chosen anything better, and lo and behold, when Lee was brought to the location and she saw her boyfriend kneeling in that surprisingly decorated environment, she almost melted.
