Photo of Canadian prime minister doing yoga is the best thing on the Internet right now

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is making the world swoon once again this week, after a picture of him doing a perfect yoga pose went viral on the Internet.

In 2013, just before he took over the Liberal Party leadership, the politician retweeted a photo of himself showing off his “peacock pose” or “mayurasana‬.”

Last week, on March 24, Toronto-area yoga instructor David Gellineau shared the photo on Facebook.

Since then, it has racked up more than 4,500 shares, nearly 10,000 “likes” and inspired comments like “He’s balancing the budget.”

Social media users have greatly appreciated the resurfacing of the photo, but seriously why is the Canadian prime minister so cute?

Trudeau's abilities run in the family, it seems. There is a popular, widely circulated picture of his late father, former Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, doing the same peacock pose.
