A man has been fined in China for driving a car in the streets while his wife was sitting on the hood of the car.

The man was reportedly having a disagreement with the wife who tried to prevent him from going out by choosing to sit on the car hood.

It is reported that a traveler on a Chinese road who could not believe his eyes captured footage of the woman sitting on the hood of her husband's moving car during an argument.

The video showed a driver on a Xianyang, Shaanxi Province road driving a woman sitting on the hood of the car Friday.

According to China Police, the man was the woman's husband and she had climbed onto his hood to stop him from leaving during an argument, but he called her bluff and drove off with her still on the outside of the car.

The man, according to the police, was fined and given a two-point penalty on his license.
