Millionaire Slams Car Into Guard For Opening Gate Too Slow

Indian police have charged a millionaire businessman with murder after he allegedly smash his SUV into his security guard, who opened his gates, for being too slow, an official said on Tuesday

Police authorities, stated that the accused, Muhammed Nisham, 39, allegedly drove his Hummer into the victim named k. Chandrabose ,50, pinning him against a wall, in the southern state of Kerala on January 29th.

Chandrabose died on Monday as a result of the serious injuries he suffered, after two weeks of the incident. Nisham was said to have beaten the guard with an iron rod until other people intervened.

“We have charged him with murder after the guard passed away on Monday and Nisham has already been arrested and is in jail pending the trial.

It is a shocking incident which shows Nisham’s arrogant behaviour and psychological problems,” said Police Chief, Nishantini Thrissur.

A security report from New Delhi indicated that the 39-year-old Nisham, owner of a tobacco company has been charged in 10 previous police cases, most of which were settled out of court.

In 2013, Nisham is said to have ran into trouble with the police for allowing his 9-year-old son drive his Ferrari, a clip of which went viral on social media, creating huge controversy.

He was also accused of allegedly locking up a female constable in his Rolls Royce after she asked him to stop for a routine check.
