For alleged theft of N100, 000, 2 men get N400, 000 bail
The duo of Onah, 21, and Ilesanmi Sunday, 40, whose addresses are unknown, are being tried for theft and conspiracy.

The accused, Police Prosecutor Oriyomi Akinwale, said committed the offence on March 27 at about 1.00p.m. at a spot at the back of Christ Light Secondary School, Ilawe Road in Ado-Ekiti.
He said the accused conspired and stole N108,000 belonging to the complainant, Mrs Fagbolagun Funbi.
The offences contravened Sections 390 (9) and 516 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ekiti State, 2012. The prosecutor applied for a date of adjournment to enable him to study the case file and assemble his witnesses.
The accused pleaded not guilty, while their Counsel, Mr Busuyi Ayorinde, urged the court to grant them bail, promising they will not jump bail.
The Chief Magistrate, Mr Idowu Ayenimo, granted bail to the accused in the sum of N200,000 each with one surety each.
He adjourned the case until April 4 for mention.
