Final Year Student 23-Year-Old Aspiring Doctor Dies Of Snake Bite

The young aspiring doctor of Atebubu SHS died on Friday while on admission at the clinic.

A 23-year-old final year student has died from a snakebite at Atebubu in the Brong Ahafo region.

According to reports, the deceased, Ayooma Sunday, was in the boarding house at Atebubu SHS,  and was preparing for his final exams. He was bitten by an unknown snake on his way home for books.

The young aspiring doctor of Atebubu SHS died on Friday while on admission at the clinic.

Ayooma Sunday has since been buried based on Muslim traditions.

It was reported that the family is distraught and are yet to come to terms with the unfortunate incident.

But sister of the deceased, Diana Ayooma who could not control her tears told Adom News she suspects foul play.

“My brother told me he did not see any snake until he felt something had bitten so I suspect the witches are at play.

Diana Ayooma said the people behind her brother’s death will suffer the same fate if they don’t confess.
