A young Nigerian man, Udummiri Nwakalu, has become an overnight Internet sensation after he posted of himself on his Facebook while tearing the Holy Bible, saying it is from the devil.

A young Nigerian man has caused serious consternation on the social media after he posted photos of himself tearing the Holy Bible saying it is from the devil.

Nwakalu who claims to be a proud Biafran warrior, also took the time to cast aspersions on Jesus Christ and Christians, saying they only brought evil into the world and he is out to destroy Christianity, starting the tearing of the Bible, which he says he uses for the toilet.

“You Christians have been burning several traditional shrines; you post it on Facebook; everybody cheers you and praise your nonsense Jesus.
Today I decided to show what it feels like. I have been using the Bible for toilet about 3 months now, just that I decided to make it public today and you talking nonsense in my posts.
God punish all of you there, I don't care. I must follow my ancestry ways I don't I care about any nonsensical nonsense human being here.”
“Britain I am no longer afraid of the book you used to enslave my people, I tore it in the public today.

Many who have responded to Nwakalu’s action seem to be in agreement with the fact that he could be mentally unstable and rather than castigate him, he should be taken to see a psychiatrist as soon as possible so the issue could be detected on time.
