Four of the tenants were reportedly arrested by the police at Area ‘M’ Command, Idimu, to explain their role that led to a threat on the life of Prophetess Akpan.

The suspects, Ebere Rafiu Balogun, Daramola Otuyelu, Mama Destiny and one Israel, were arrested due to the  petition written by Prophetess Akpan to the Area Commander of the Command, ACP C. Akika, over the incessant threat of her life, intimidation, and harassment.

According to the woman of God, she rented the apartment where she lives with her family and was not using the place as a church but only for prayers and that whenever she prayed and mentioned ‘Holy Ghost’, her co-tenants become angry and always said they were hurt with the prayer.

She said the trouble started when some of them came to her and asked her not to say such prayer and she thought they were not serious. The victim narrated in her petition that she became worried when they started threatening and attacking her and she had to report to the police.
