According to reports, Department spokeswoman Kim Kobel tells the Daily Camera that 24-year-old Scott Murga and 35-year-old Richard Edward Servantes have been cited for second-degree trespassing.

Two officers were on patrol at 2 a.m. Feb. 7 when a man told them someone had fallen and needed help. The officers found Murga injured and lying in the road wearing a parachute.

Dozens of witnesses, leaving bars in the area at the time said they saw two men parachute from the crane.

The Associated Press sought comment from Murga and Servantes on Tuesday night, but couldn't verify whether either had a listed telephone number.
