Sarkodie launches 4th studio album "Mary"

There was a massive turnout at the launch and autograph signing of Sarkodie's highly anticipated 4th studio album "Mary" -- an album dedicated to his late grandmother.

The album which was launched at the West Hills Mall, Weija, Accra on Saturday, September 12 saw thousands of Sarkodie's fans nationwide throng the mall.

The launch also saw High Grade Family boss Samini and label signee Kofi Kinaata, "Mary" album producer and vocalist Akwaboah Jnr., SarkCess Music signee Donzy, GH Brothers'AJ Nelson and Dunwills Entertainment label boss Dr. Duncan attend to show their support for Sarkodie.

"Mary" is a live recorded studio album -- first of its kind of our time and featuring top stars such as  Akwaboah Jnr., Efya, Chase Forever, Obrafour, Mugeez of R2Bees fame and more. The rapper has also dropped a Highlife single "Mewu" featuring Akwaboah off it. The visual to the charts topping song is currently in pursuit for the no. 1 on Pulse Music Video Charts.

Uncountable number of albums were sold out and the attendees were also treated to some of the hottest tracks from the album.

Finally, Sarkodie did a little performance to end the album launch and autograph signing.
